I can also make whole wheat or white in this bread. 
All my baking is made with local and quality organic flour from Creston and Armstrong BC. The sourdough starter is also made by me from the same flours. 
All custom orders are pre ordered unless I have them in the farm stand already. I can usually have them made in a few days from your order. I usually bake Fridays and you can pick up at the Castlegar farmers market on Saturday 9am-1pm or at our farm stand after 2pm
